Born in Normandy, shaped by wines and spirits.
Born and raised in Normandy, I built my career around wines and spirits. After specialized studies in wine and spirits production, complemented by training in law and business, I worked in prestigious estates of Muscadet, Saint-Émilion and Médoc.
My passion for distillation then led me to alcohol production: spirits and perfumes in Paris, rum in Guadeloupe, then gin in Ireland. Back in Normandy, I put my expertise at the service of cider and calvados production, and today I share the technical secrets behind our renowned products through bespoke private tours.
